Sunita is a partner and Head of Private Wealth & Family Offices practice group at Hourani & Partners. She is a UK qualified attorney and globally recognized as one of the leading experts in her field and advises significant business families, private clients based in the Middle East, Africa and SW Asia, as well as global trustees, private banks, regulatory authorities and foreign law firms, on cross-border Estate and Succession Planning, Asset Protection, Wealth Management, formulating and implementing Family Codes of Governance, Family Constitutions and establishing Family Offices in the Middle East. Sunita is also known for dedicating time to teaching and spreading awareness of current legal and practical updates and developments in the regional private wealth sector, within the global advisory community. She is the only female lawyer in the UAE, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (and greater GCC) who is ranked as a Private Client Expert by **Private Client Global Elite**. 

Lisa leads PwC’s International Private Wealth team in Switzerland, working with international private clients and family offices. She has over 20 years of experience advising some of the world’s largest and most complex family groups. Her specialty is the establishment of family wealth-holding vehicles (including family offices) and helping families ensure that their family offices are fit for purpose on an ongoing basis. Lisa also provides international tax and structuring advice.

Chris is a director at Cavenwell Group, where he works with a diverse range of wealth management professionals, supporting clients ranging from multi-generational High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net worth (UHNW) families to digital entrepreneurs around the world. Chris works with private banks, lawyers, accountants, and other financial services professionals to support them and their clients in protecting their wealth through the efficient use of wealth structuring vehicles. Chris is a non-executive director at the School of International Financial Services (SIFS), a leading provider of training and education in 15 jurisdictions around the world. Chris has trained over 6,000 people in qualifications for the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) in wealth management and is a well-regarded member of the Institute.

Marcus has more than 25 years’ experience as both an English lawyer and as a former Cayman-based professional trustee. The main part of Marcus’s practice involves managing high value and high profile disputes involving wealthy global families and their associated structures. He is a partner at Stewarts, the largest litigation only law firm in the UK.

A qualified investment and banking professional, Niall joined Altair in 2024. He has extensive leadership and regulated board experience internationally, holding senior general management positions in wealth management and fiduciary services, and lead substantial wealth management businesses across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa for a global bank. Since 2012 he has been based in Jersey and specialised in fiduciary services, notably in the Funds and Private Wealth sectors.   He specializes in corporate governance and strategy, and works with fiduciaries, family offices and funds (Private Equity and Sovereign Wealth) to help develop and implement effective governance and transactional processes, often being appointed to Boards or Family Committees.  Niall's priority is on enabling his clients to focus on their core offering. He does this by providing clarity and perspective, helping identify operating frameworks to simplify processes. This typically results in cost efficiencies, and often a revenue opportunity.  Volunteering:  Niall joined the Board of Trustees of Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust at the start of 2024 and chairs the Investment Oversight Committee.  He sits on the Membership Committee of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and was previously the President of the Jersey Branch. He was a co-founder of the Channel Islands Treasurer's Association.
