Prior to joining ReconAfrica Grayson spent three years as Vice President of Capital Markets with Frontera Energy in Latin America as part of the $5 billion restructuring of Pacific Rubiales Energy. He has also been a capital markets advisor with GeoPark Limited and Manager of Investor Relations with Canadian Natural Resources.
