Sustainable Investment for Family Wealth: prosperity today and for future generations
Caroline has close to 20 years’ investment experience, with most of her expertise acquired at Quilter Cheviot, where she has worked since 2006. She is the Deputy Fund Manager of the Climate Assets Funds and manages money for families in personal portfolios, trusts, offshore bonds and charitable trusts. Her investment qualifications and extensive experience have led her to be a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Caroline also has a MSc in Environmental Technology and qualified as a Chartered Accountant having begun her career at PwC. She advocates for taking a multi-disciplinary approach to investment.

Sir Stewart Eldon KCMG OBE is a former senior diplomat with considerable experience at NATO and the United Nations, combined with bilateral work in Ireland and the UK. His Ambassadorial appointments include UK Permanent Representative to NATO, British Ambassador to Ireland and Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN, New York at the time of 9/11. He was Deputy Crisis Manager in the UK Foreign Ministry during the 1990/91 Gulf War. He is Senior Civil Adviser to the Higher Command & Staff College at the UK Defence Academy, and a member of the Parole Board for England and Wales.

Bobby Aitkenhead is IDCV’s Managing Director. As a tech entrepreneur, he brings 20+ years of business experience to IDCV with an additional background in trading and investment banking including roles at Citibank, Fortis Bank, and KPMG. Over the last 15 years, Bobby has both been a tech investor and had significant operational roles in multiple progressive fintech innovations. First, Bobby co-founded BlueKite and led the cross-border payments platform as CEO. BlueKite was acquired by Xoom; Bobby and the team joined Xoom in late 2013 before becoming public, and in 2015 it got acquired by Paypalduring which time Bobby led product as a VP in the executive team. This acquisition made PayPal form the largest fintech of the time. Bobby held senior management roles at PayPal post-acquisition and through integration until early in 2019.  Proven track record scaling technology startups and expanding traditional business across the EU, US and LATAM. Bobby has founder, CEO, leadership, and exit experience before and with XOOM and PayPal. GPs had also raised +$300M for Tech VC in the past, 2 funds fully with deployed with 3.4x expected revaluation and multiple SPV’s. He’s held over 15 BOD positions and participated in over 100 Venture Capital transactions.

Invesco Credit Partners: An enhanced opportunity set in the small capitalization distressed space
Michael is a senior portfolio manager in Invesco's Senior Secured Bank Loan Group and a member of the Investment Committee for European Credits. Prior to joining Invesco, Michael was a portfolio manager and executive director in Morgan Stanley Senior Loan Group which he joined in 2006. He has 19 years of financial experience. Previously, Michael worked at Citigroup for their European Leveraged Finance Global Portfolio Management group. He also worked for Ernst & Young as a tax consultant. Michael received a Bachelor of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Laws from University of Waikato. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.

Why Bitcoin Allocation Should Absolutely Not be Zero
Sales Director Oya started her career in Structured Credit at Lehman Brokers in 2006. After the collapse of Lehman Brothers, Oya went on to do her MSc at the London School of Economics in Applied Mathematics where she did her dissertation on Cryptography. She then spent another 11 years in financial services, primarily in Prime Brokerage at Jefferies and Morgan Stanley. In 2021, Oya made a career switch into digital assets. She has been working since to help bring the traditional capital markets and digital assets closer together. Oya joined Jacobi Asset Management in February 2023 to help launch Europe's first Bitcoin ETF.
