Michael Walsh is a London-based solutions strategist in the Multi-Asset Solutions team for EMEA.  Michael’s investment experience began in 2002, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in Multi-Asset Solutions. Prior to this, he was employed by UBS Asset Management within their Investment Solutions business.  Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial and financial studies from University College Dublin, Ireland and a certificate in quantitative finance from the CQF Institute. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. Michael is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Simon Tandy has spent the past 35 years as a long only diversified portfolio manager. Currently running a family office in Dubai, but travels extensively mostly towards Europe, Africa & Asia. After starting in London he spent 5 years in Bahrain, before spending 15 years with Jardine Fleming in Hongkong and Singapore. Since 2006 he has been based in the Gulf, initially working as CIO for a significant family office in Bahrain where he remains on the Advisory Board before establishing a new family office in Dubai in 2014. He remains an active investor and enjoys finding new and unusual opportunities globally across all asset classes and especially in the private unquoted markets. Prior to his fund management career he served in the Irish Guards.

Stephen founded Mainspring in 2010, having spent 8 years at Pi Capital as both an investment manager then as COO. Prior to that, he was part of the investment team at Eden Capital, strategy analyst at the BBC, and was in corporate finance at Hambros Bank.
