Anand Prasanna is co-founder and Managing Partner of Iron Pillar. He is an Investment Committee member of the firm and sits on the board on FreshToHome, Servify, CureFoods and Skill-Lync.
Anand has been investing in technology companies for over 16 years with firms like Sequoia Capital, Morgan Creek and Squadron Capital before starting Iron Pillar. He worked with McKinsey & Co. in their India office before starting his investing career.
Anand earned his PGDBM from Fore School of Management, New Delhi and a BBA from University of Kerala.
Pavan A. Gupte has been on various Investment and Management Committees at Adams St. Partners, Gartmore Private Equity / Hermes and CVCI for RBS Pension Plan, British Telecom Pension Scheme, Nationwide Insurance & Citi Private Bank and advising Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, Pantheon Ventures and Family Offices on private investments. He has built global principal investing firms in Mumbai, London, Singapore and Dubai.
Pavan earned his Bachelors & MBA degrees from Mumbai University and has various courses from the CFA Society, UK & Harvard Business School, US
