CEO & Director  Mr. Dubey has over 11 years of experience originating and structuring investments in the natural resource space. He previously reported directly to the Board of Directors of BaseCore Metals LP which he led since its inception through to its sale. At BaseCore his focus included originating and executing stream and royalty investments, along with managing the company’s portfolio of assets. Previous to BaseCore, Mr. Dubey was a Principal within the Natural Resources team at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, where he gained extensive experience in both the energy and mining sectors; Mr. Dubey started his career working for CIBC in their investment banking division within the mining group. 

President, CEO & Director Mr. Moody has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry including mineral exploration, resource assessment, business development, strategy, and government relations. He spent 24 years with Rio Tinto, where he held the posts of Exploration Director (2005-2010) and Vice President and Director of Business Development (2010-2015). He currently holds directorships on the boards of Mirasol Resources, Prism Resources, and Indico Resources. Mr. Moody has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics (Honours) from the University of New England. He is a graduate of the Senior Leadership Program from the London Business School, a graduate of the Business Leadership Development Program from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

**Chariman & CEO** A recipient of Philadelphia Business Journal’s "40 under 40" award, Dr. Raza Bokhari is a serial entrepreneur with successful track record in accelerating Healthcare and Pharmaceutical R&D companies. Dr. Bokhari, is Executive Chairman & CEO of Medicus Pharma Ltd. and is the managing partner of RBx Capital, LP. He previously served as Chairman & CEO of FSD Pharma, where he successfully pivoted the company into a pharmaceutical R&D, a transition marked by a NASDAQ listing and raising nearly $100M. Dr. Bokhari received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Punjab, and an Executive MBA from Temple University. 

Chief Executive Officer Adrian Mendes is an executive with 25 years of experience building and scaling technology companies across different industries. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer at Groq Inc, an AI hardware company, which he joined shortly after formation in 2016 and helped scale to a leading startup in the space. Prior to Groq, Adrian spent several years investing in, founding, and scaling technology companies in North America and internationally. Adrian began his career at Cypress Semiconductor where he spent 14 years leading various marketing, finance, and operations functions. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.

Director, President & CEO John‘s +40 yrs of mining experience is mostly in Canada's north. As President & CEO since 2010 he has led the exploration, development, and financing of the Eagle Gold Mine in Canada's Yukon Territory. Previously, he was President & CEO of Western Keltic Mines; VP, NWT Projects for De Beers Canada - Snap Lake Diamond Mine; Breakwater Resources Ltd - Nanisivik Zinc & Lead Mine on Baffin Island; and Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd. John won the 2021 AME BC's EA Scholtz Award for Excellence in Mine Development for his role in building the Eagle Gold Mine. With a Colorado School of Mines B.Sc. in Mining Engineering, he is also a Director of Lahontan Gold Corp.
