Noor also founded the largest chain of yoga and pilates studios in the Middle East, ZenYoga, which was acquired by Cedarbridge in 2014. Noor is an active, independent board director of Clue, the largest femtech company in Europe. She is the Founding Chairwoman of the Middle East Venture Capital Association, a Director of the Global Private Capital Association, TechWadi, and the Karman Fellowship. She is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network and a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders. She previously held Board Director roles at MIT Sloan and was a founding board member of Endeavor UAE. Noor holds Bachelors’ degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston College, and a MBA from MIT Sloan.

Mr. Bruneau is Taiga's Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder. He co-founded Taiga in September 2015 with a vision to revolutionize the powersports industry with electric vehicles that outperform peers without sacrificing the environment. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, he is responsible for the general direction and management of Taiga and contributes to the design and development of Taiga's products. Mr. Bruneau has valuable experience with the design, development and manufacturing of electrical powersport vehicles and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from McGill University.

Dr. Bellido has over 35 years of international experience in Cybersecurity, Healthcare and Financial industries and was appointed CEO of Quantum eMotion Corp., (QNC.V) in January of 2020. He was CEO of SoundBite Medical from 2018 to 2020, and CFO from 2015 to 2018. He managed a $300M life science investment Fund (SGF-Santé) producing major winners: Cryocath, IDI-GeneOhm, Draxis, Medicago, Atrium, Axcan Pharma. His executive positions with Eli Lilly in the US and Europe included Strategic Asset Director, Global Business Unit Manager and Head of Regulatory Affairs. He was Director of the chair of Management in Bioindustry at the University of Quebec in Montreal and for 15 years has held the position of Invited Professor at the School of Management. Dr. Bellido has served as Board member and Director in more than twenty private and public companies, including at the present time Diagnos (ADK.V), Magneceuticals (USA), RegenLab (CH). He is a former member of the board of DSM Biologics Company Inc., one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical CMOs. Dr. Bellido has an MBA, a MSc. in pharmaceutical sciences and a Ph.D. in sciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and he has published over 40 original manuscripts and communications in peer reviewed scientific journals.

**Dr. Luke Zhang, Chairman and CEO** Dr. Luke Zhang is a recognized individual in the business, medical, and academic communities in both North America and Asia. He has successfully built and managed a number of firms in the health, food, clean energy, and software development industries. His strong background in physical and electrical chemistry spurred him to focus on new clean energy, with particular focus on sodium-ion battery research and innovation. Dr. Zhang holds a Ph. D. in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University (USA), a Masters of Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Shanghai First Medical University in China, and a Bachelor of Medicine from Shandong Medical University in China.   **Brian Palmieri, President** Mr. Palmieri is a veteran entrepreneur and businessman with more than 40 years experience in manufacturing. He has founded, purchased, sold, and performed strategic turnarounds for numerous businesses and is experienced in the operations of both public and private companies. With his work spanning four continents and more than a dozen countries, he has an acute understanding of market dynamics, identifying exceptional opportunities, and developing the unique operational needs of high growth companies. Mr. Palmieri currently sits on the boards of several companies and nonprofits and is actively involved in both humanitarian as well as global business development.
