PNRL Investing in Botswana Base Metals
PNRL is a Canadian company dedicated to the exploration and development of high-quality Ni-Cu-Co-PGE resources. PNRL believes that the medium to long-term demand for these metals will continue to grow through global urbanization and the increasing replacement of internal combustion engines with electric motors. Importantly, these metals are key to a low-carbon future. PNRL has focused its efforts on discovering world class nickel sulphide assets in jurisdictions with rule-of-law that fit a strict criteria that comply with PNRL's values and principles which stand up and surpass the highest acceptable industry standards. PNRL is committed to governance through transparent accountability and open communication within our team and our stakeholders. Investment Highlight: PNRL acquired two past producing Botswana Ni-Cu-Co mines earlier this year expanding their portfolio to 5 Ni-Cu properties. The acquisition rationale was confirming a world scale ore-body still existed with massive mineralization and an opportunity to use modern responsible principles to supply critical metal to the electrification industry. Significant asset re-valuation thesis. Trading Symbol: TSX-V:PNRL Website:

Tees Valley Lithium
Tees Valley Lithium (TVL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alkemy. TVL was set up to become Europe’s first independent lithium chemical processing hub, importing high value feedstock from around the world and supplying battery grade lithium hydroxide to Europe. TVL’s state-of-the-art facility will generate $1.5 billion sales annually at current prices, create over 500 jobs during construction and 250 high value full-time jobs thereafter. Alkemy Capital Investments is publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange with a focus on projects in the battery metals sector. The world’s Lithium demand is forecasted to grow by over 600% in the next decade and as it stands today China controls over 90% of lithium refining capacity which raises supply concern for Western Markets. The European battery market will need over 600,000 tonnes of lithium capacity by 2030 and currently there is zero lithium refining capacity in Europe. Alkemy has two key projects to address this issue – 1. Tees Valley Lithium, Europe’s first and largest Lithium Hydroxide processing facility located at the Wilton International Chemicals Park in the Teesside Freeport UK. and 2. The Port Hedland Lithium Sulphate Refinery, a mineral processing hub for Australian spodumene miners with the aim to product Lithium Sulphate which will TVL’s refinery for low-carbon battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide. Together, both projects under the Alkemy umbrella will connect the world’s largest spodumene producers with the world’s fastest growing lithium hydroxide market.. Trading Symbol: ALK Website:
