Dean McPherson is Head of Global Mining for the TMX Group Ltd. (Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange). He is responsible for the development and execution of the global strategy for attracting new listings in the mining sector to the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mr. McPherson worked as an investment banker, assisting mining companies to meet corporate finance and growth objectives. Before joining the capital markets, Mr. McPherson worked for 10 years as a civil engineer, managing capital projects for Alcoa Inc. (an international diversified mining company) and FLUOR (a major international engineering services company). In addition to an undergraduate honors degree in Civil Engineering; Mr. McPherson earned an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Levy has more than 25 years of financing and managing Canadian mining companies. Jamie was CEO of Pine Point Mining which was acquired by Osisko Metals.

Ron Thiessen holds a BComm degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. As President and CEO of Northern Dynasty since 2000, he had led corporate development and financing activities for the company, enabling the company to advance the project to one of the world’s most important mineral resources. He is a director of Northern Dynasty and the Pebble Limited Partnership, as well as serving on the board of several other publicly-listed companies. His work on behalf of Northern Dynasty and other companies has been recognized by several different awards. Mr. Thiessen and the Northern Dynasty team received the Thayer Lindsey International Discovery Award for the Pebble East deposit in 2007. He was awarded the E.A. Scholz Award for excellence in mine development in 2008 and was named the Business Person of the Year by the Canada-Southern Africa Chamber of Business in 2011. In 2013, he was presented with the William Lawrence Saunders Gold Medal from the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration and a fellowship (FCPA, FCA) from the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

An engineer and finance executive with an extensive career in project development, corporate finance, accounting, engineering and project management in the mining industry. He brings a strong technical and financial background as he holds an MBA from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from UBC, is a CFA® Charterholder, and a Professional Engineer in British Columbia & Ontario.

Ms. Davidson has been with Amerigo since 2003. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with over 30 years of international experience in financial and general business management. She has assisted numerous private and public companies in the mining, engineering and high-technology sectors as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller.

Mr. Bowes has over 35 years of experience in the resource and engineering industries. He holds an MBA from Queen’s University and an Honours B.Sc., Geology degree from the University of Waterloo. Mr. Bowes was Senior Vice President of Orezone Gold Corporation (ORE:TSX-V) which owned the Essakane Gold Project which became the largest development of any type in Burkina Faso history. He is the founder of Northern Graphite.

John Miniotis has +17 years of experience in the mining industry focused primarily on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, investor relations and corporate finance. He was previously the Interim CEO of Aethon Minerals Corp, which culminated in the successful merger with AbraSilver. Prior to joining Aethon he was the VP Corporate Development at AuRico Metals, which was acquired by Centerra Gold in January 2018 for approximately $310 million. John also held a senior position at Lundin Mining, where he played a key role in successfully executing various acquisitions valued over $2 billion, and was also responsible for Investor Relations.
