Tina Fordham is a geopolitical strategist and advisor working at the intersection of geopolitics, financial markets and the drivers of social change. The first Chief Global Political Analyst on Wall Street and previously, head of global political risk at Eurasia Group, Tina has over 20 years’ experience advising senior leaders—from prime ministers and 3-star generals to the C-suite, institutional investors and the United Nations—about the implications of global political, security and socio-economic developments. In 2022 Tina founded Fordham Global Foresight, an independent consultancy. Her holistic, data-driven approach focuses on breaking down the complexity of geopolitics and providing actionable, forward-looking guidance. Current themes include populism, the return of geopolitical risk— including Russia-Ukraine and China-US/EU relations, the future of globalisation, and the “S” in ESG. Tina is a member of the international advisory boards of the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs in New York City, her alma mater, and the Cambridge University Centre for Geopolitics. She advises the U.K. Ministry of Defence, and is a member of the advisory committees on Diversity & Inclusion and Economic and Commercial Diplomacy with the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange. She is a member of the board of Roots for Peace, a California charity dedicated to removing land mines from conflict zones and planting grapevines in their place. Tina is a contributor to Forbes magazine on business and geopolitics and frequent guest on Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN and the BBC. She is based in London and is a dual US-U.K. citizen.

Matt Sweeney has participated in more than 100 deals as an angel investor, specializing in robotics and AI. He led Uber’s Applied Mathematics team in the company’s early days and co-founded its self-driving vehicles group. At Uber and in his subsequent role at Neuralink, Matt tackled novel scientific problems and built world-class technical organizations. Jared Furtado is the Founder and Managing Partner of Thursday Ventures. He founded and operated Towerhill Associates, a boutique talent firm that has placed executives at the top tech companies in the world for 15 years. He is one of the most sought-after advisors for organizational scaling in the Valley, with experience advising both first-time founders and experienced leaders.

Managing Director (CEO): Dr. Patrick Pfeffer (born 1980), founder of aescuvest & aescuvest international, responsible for business development and strategic corporate management. He graduated with a degree in bioinformatics and a doctorate in pharmaceutical chemistry. He also holds a diploma in business administration. Before founding aescuvest in 2014, he made a marketing career as specialist in digital marketing for pharma and health media companies. As general manager of WebMD Global he drove the expansion of Medscape, a global platform for physicians and healthcare professionals, into the French and German markets. As an advisor for systemic marketing and partnering strategies, he worked for multi-national organizations in the health sector. John Reade joined the World Gold Council in 2017 as Chief Market Strategist. He has more than 30 years’ experience in gold, working in mines, investment banks and hedge funds. He leads the research team and is a member of the World Gold Councils’ executive committee
