Dominic Jermey (CVO OBE) is Director General of The Zoological Society of London (ZSL). Dominic was previously a Director General and British Ambassador to Afghanistan in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, CEO of UK Trade and Investment (UKTI) and on the boards of both the FCO and the Department for Business, Innovation and Science. Earlier, Dominic spent four years as UK Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates.
Originally an investment banker, specialising in corporate finance, Dominic has also been a trustee of CAFOD, an international development NGO for 12 years and is non-executive chair of Tetrafloat, a university start-up, developing innovative engineering solutions for offshore energy storage.

Prior to Isomer, he was MD for Business Development at Pomona Capital, a leading global secondaries firm, and earlier at Cambridge Associates responsible for advising institutional investors on venture capital and private equity investments. Joe began his career in information technology operating roles, most notably at Invensys plc (now Schneider Electric) in the US and Europe. He received a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and an MBA from London Business School.

Martin is CEO of Syncona which he co-founded in 2012 alongside The Wellcome Trust. Since then, Martin has been closely involved in the foundation and development of seven current Syncona companies, including: Achilles Therapeutics, Autolus, OMass Therapeutics, Quell Therapeutics, Anaveon and Resolution Therapeutics. He is Chairman of Autolus, Quell and Anaveon and is a Director of Resolution and Neogene Therapeutics.
Previously, he was a partner at MVM Life Science Partners LLP, where he led their European operations. Martin also held roles with 3i Group plc and McKinsey & Company. He has a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge.
