Katya Gorbatiouk has over 20 years of experience in international capital markets. As Head of Investment Funds in Primary Capital Markets, Katya is responsible for driving the growth and liquidity of the London listed funds market, a conduit of capital into vital sectors of the economy. Katya is also a member of the Group Sustainability working group.
Katya serves on the Best Practice Committee of the Board of the Investor Relations Society. Katya is a member of the Stakeholder Insight Group of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC), that acts as an external adviser to the FRC.

David Maresch is Managing Director at FLOTTE Holding GmbH, leading direct investments for the Piëch family office since 2019. He previously worked at Green Peak Partners, managing wind services acquisitions, and at Boston Consulting Group, focusing on restructuring and strategic realignment. David began his career at Alantra Investment Bank and Aurelius Private Equity. He holds a BSc in Management and Economics from the University of Innsbruck/Taiwan and an MSc in International Management and Finance from IE Business School & London Business School.

Florian is one of three founders of Spheres. Prior to founding Spheres in 2023, Florian spent five years at Sequoia Heritage, helping scale the firm to $12bn+ AUM. Before Sequoia Heritage, he was an investor at TowerBrook Capital Partners (2015-2018) and HIG Capital (2012-2015). He began his career scaling and exiting a German software start-up. As one of six investors at Sequoia Heritage, Florian led or co-led more than 60 fund commitments and co/direct investments (c. 50/50), deploying more than $3bn across venture, growth, buyout, real assets and hedge strategies.
